Expert panel discussion: "Professional training of civil servants in the context of Ukraine's European integration: European and National Dimensions of Change"

Dear colleagues! On the 23rd of October there will be a professional panel discussion on "Professional training of civil servants in the context of Ukraine's European integration: European and national dimensions of change".

The event will start at 11:00.

The discussion will focus on:

• ensuring the institutional sustainability of the system of professional training of civil servants in times of war;
• prospects for improving the quality of education and introducing innovations in vocational training as a prerequisite for the implementation of Ukraine's European integration;
• the role of international technical assistance projects (programmes) in the professional training of civil servants.

Members of the Ukrainian Parliament, representatives of government agencies, national and international organisations and civil society are invited to participate in the event.

The event will be held in a mixed format: offline and via videoconference on the ZOOM platform.

The event is organised by The Committee on State Building, Local Governance, Regional and Urban Development in partnership with the National Agency of Ukraine for Civil Service with the assistance and support of the European Union project "Continuation of Support to Comprehensive Public Administration Reform in Ukraine" (EU4PAR2) in cooperation with the Council of Europe Programme "Strengthening Good Democratic Governance and Resilience in Ukraine", the Decentralisation Offering Better Results and Efficiency (DOBRE) programme, the Human Rights Commission of Ukraine and the European Commission.
