Summer School of Coaching Excellence

In August 15, the new educational project "Summer School of Coaching Excellence" will start. 

Its purpose: implementation of modern training technologies and educational innovations in the field of professional training of civil servants, heads of local state administrations, their first deputies and deputies, officials of local self-government, deputies of local councils, as well as providing educational services in the field of public management and administration to persons, who hold political positions.

The Summer School includes:

• presentation of international experience in the professionalization of public service,
• review of modern trends in adult education
• presentation of the experience of European schools of public administration regarding training of public servants.

The project is implemented by the High School of Public Governance together with the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service with the support of international technical assistance projects: Support of Ukraine`s Government Reforms (SURGe), UNDP, United Nations Population Fund in Ukraine, UN Women in Ukraine, Dr. Denis Mukwege Foundation, EU Project "Support to Comprehensive Public Administration Reform in Ukraine" (EU4PAR), Association of Women Lawyers of Ukraine "YurFem", GIZ.
