A working meeting was held at the National Agency on Civil Service to discuss the introduction of a remuneration system based on the classification of positions in 2024. 

Top representatives of key ministries, the Office of the President of Ukraine, the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and other central executive bodies spoke at the Agency's platform about the main provisions of the relevant draft resolutions of the NAUCS and the Ministry of Finance. 

In particular, they discussed salary structures for civil service positions, the legal basis for the introduction of the concept of "grade" based on Law No. 3460, and the issue of the maximum number of staff in state bodies. 

The participants of the meeting spoke about the risks that may accompany the implementation of the relevant draft government decisions and noted the steps that would prevent them.
