Nataliia Aliushyna was born in 1970.
In 1996, graduated from Zaporizhzhia State University with a degree in philology, PhD in psychology, associate professor. Member of the Specialized Academic Council of the Higher Educational Institution “Krok University of Economics and Law”.
In 2006 - 2007 she worked as Director of the Training Programs Department and Director of the Department for Interaction with Executive Authorities of the International Center for Financial and Economic Development - Consulting Ukraine LLC.
In late 2007, she worked at the State Aviation Administration of the Ministry of Transport and Communication of Ukraine.
Since December 2017, she has headed the General Department of Personnel Management in the Civil Service of the NAUCS and since December 2019 - the Directorate of Fossil Fuels and the Directorate for Energy and Environmental Policy Coordination of the Ministry of Energy and Environmental Protection.
By the Order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No.735-p as of June 25, 2020, she was appointed the Head of the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service by signing a contract for the period of quarantine. On May 26, 2021, Nataliia Aliushyna was appointed the Head of the NAUCS by the Order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine following a competitive selection process.
For over 18 years, she has lectured management disciplines at the National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine, the Institute for Advanced Training of Management Personnel, and the All-Ukrainian Center for Advanced Training of Civil Servants and Local Self-Government Officials (USG).
She worked as a trainer and expert in communication, human resources and management in international projects and non-governmental organizations.
She has been awarded an Honorable Certificate of Merit of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and departmental awards.
