On October 4, the general short-term training program “Basic Principles of HRMIS in Public Institutions” was completed. The training program was developed by the NAUCS experts together with the High School of Public Governance.
The course was conducted online and lasted three days. About 1,000 civil servants joined the training. Among them were users already working in the HRMIS system, as well as representatives of government institutions planning to connect to the IT system in the near future.
The training was unique in that representatives of HR departments and accounting departments of government institutions simultaneously received professional knowledge on the use of HRMIS.
The course program covered the full cycle of work in the system: from the beginning of registration of the first employee of a government institution in HRMIS to the calculation of salaries for employees in the system.
The lectures were developed and conducted directly by HRMIS administrators who provide consulting and technical support for the system. Therefore, the training focused on typical queries and questions from users.
The speakers of the course were Alina Rora and Lesia Tikhonova, state experts of the expert group on digital transformation and digitalization of the General Department for Digitalization in the Civil Service of the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service.
At the end of each training day, tests were conducted to obtain feedback from the participants and determine the level of mastery of the material and mastery of all functions of the HRMIS system. The trainees provided positive feedback and comments on the effectiveness of the training and expressed a desire to participate in similar programs in the future.
