The National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service continues to implement the Human Resources Management Information System (HRMIS). This was discussed during a working meeting between Nataliia Aliushyna, Head of the NAUCS, and representatives of the World Bank.
"I have to state the general interest of civil servants in the platform of the human resources management information system. In particular, in terms of HR document management and the electronic salary calculation system. In general, the Agency's team successfully managed this difficult case. Today, we have fulfilled the needs envisaged in the terms of reference for the first phase of HRMIS implementation. And we continue to work on it," said Nataliia Aliushyna.
In particular, in terms of quantitative indicators, data on 39,665 employees have been entered into the HRMIS system and 67 central executive bodies and 695 territorial bodies have been connected.
During the meeting, the next steps and goals of the second phase of HRMIS implementation were also discussed. Some technical issues were also on the agenda.
The HRMIS is implemented following the Cabinet of Ministers' resolutions "Some Issues of Reforming Public Administration of Ukraine" and "On Approval of the Concept of Implementation of the Human Resources Management Information System in State Bodies and Approval of the Action Plan for its Implementation". In addition, the implementation of HRMIS is one of the priorities in the Government's Priority Action Plan for 2024.
