Nataliia Aliushyna participated in the meeting of partners of the Support Program for Ukraine of the OSCЕ

The Head of the NAUCS Nataliia Aliushyna took part in a meeting of partners of the Support Program for Ukraine of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE). 

The event was attended by representatives of the OSCE and Ukrainian government institutions. During the meeting, the results of the previous stages of the Support Program for Ukraine were discussed and the vision of the next phase of cooperation was outlined.  

The NAUCS and the OSCE Support Program for Ukraine have a long history of cooperation. In particular, a number of projects have been implemented to develop practical conflict management skills for public servants. These include training courses and professional development programs on dealing with conflict situations in the workplace. For example, one of the successful cases is the joint work on a general short-term training program "Conflict Management in Public Bodies". From March 2024 to June 2025, 330 representatives of HR departments of government and local authorities from all regions of Ukraine took the program.
