On March 11, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine made an important decision - it adopted a draft law on amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On Civil Service” regarding the introduction of unified approaches to remuneration of civil servants based on the classification of positions (No. 8222). 

259 votes in favor! This is a strategic step in reforming Ukraine's civil service. 

The project has the status of “European integration” and is included in the Ukraine Facility Plan. 

This is another step towards the adaptation of our country to European standards. It is not just about civil servants' salaries. This is a matter of fair remuneration, motivation, development and the real future of the civil service.
