Participants of the event will include representatives of the Office of the President of Ukraine, the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, other state institutions, the EU Delegation to Ukraine, international organisations, higher education institutions, regional training centres, and Ukrainian and international experts. 

The event is organised by the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service, the Centre for Adaptation of the Civil Service to the EU Standards, the High School of Public Governance, KROK University and the Swiss-Ukrainian project DECIDE. Programme of the event
