The National Agency on Civil Service (NAUCS) is interested in continuing cooperation in building organisational culture in the civil service, promoting integrity as a value in the public sector, and introducing effective HR practices in the civil service.
This was noted by the Head of the National Agency on Civil Service Nataliia Aliushyna during an online meeting with representatives of the Centre for Integrity in the Defence Sector (CIDS).
The parties discussed priority actions for the current year, as well as projects that can strengthen the resilience and effectiveness of Ukraine's public service in the context of a full-scale war.
The Head of the NAUCS said that the transformation of the organisational culture of the civil service forms a demand for fundamental changes and strengthens the capacity of the civil service.
She also noted the important role of the Higher School of Public Administration in implementing such changes.
The Centre for Integrity in the Defence Sector (CIDS) is a long-standing and reliable partner of the NAUCS. In particular, a number of important events have been organised with the support of CIDS in previous years, including a survey of civil servants "Civil Service in Ukraine: Your Point of View", a series of training sessions for civil servants, roundtable discussions "Transformation of the Civil Service Culture", etc.
