The NAUCS continues to implement the Human Resources Management Information System (HRMIS). This was discussed during a working meeting between the Head of the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service Nataliia Aliushyna and representatives of the World Bank.

The Head of the NAUCS spoke about the current state of HRMIS implementation. In particular, regarding quantitative indicators, data on 39,665 employees were entered into the HRMIS system and 67 CEBs (central executive bodies) and 695 territorial bodies were connected.

The Project "Public Finance Management Support Program in Ukraine" was re-registered due to a change in the Project implementation period (Registration card № 5057-01, state registration dated 22.12.2023).

Also, in order to implement the Public Finance Management Support Program in Ukraine, the Tender Committee approved and sent to the World Bank for approval the qualification criteria for consultants for their further selection in the following areas: "Team Leader", "IT Security Technical Advisor" and "HRMIS Implementation Support Specialist".

During the meeting, further steps and goals of phase II implementation of HRMIS project were outlined.

The World Bank delegation included Program Manager Adrian Fozzard and Senior Procurement Specialist Anjani Kumar.
