The National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service invites Ukrainian civil servants to take part in the JDS scholarship project - Japanese Grant Aid for Human Resource Development Scholarship. 

This is a scholarship project to support human resources development in Ukraine, which provides training for Ukrainian civil servants in master's programmes at Japanese universities. The scholarship holders will have the opportunity to acquire expert knowledge, conduct research, and establish international relations to actively contribute to solving practical social and economic development problems upon their return to Ukraine. 

To participate in the competition, the following conditions must be met: 

• Submission of documents by 7 March 2025. 
• Passing entrance exams (English and mathematics tests). 
• Passing a medical examination. 
• Preparation of a research plan. 
• A mandatory period of work after training at the sending institution. 

The project is implemented as part of the cooperation between the Governments of Ukraine and Japan and is funded by the Japanese side. The NAUCS is the coordinator of this project in Ukraine in cooperation with the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) and the Japan International Cooperation Centre (JICE).
