On August 22, the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service invites you to a public event “Leadership in State Building: Ukraine's Historical Experience for the Development of Democracy.”
The event is held on the occasion of Ukraine's 34th anniversary of independence. It is dedicated to understanding the historical path of Ukrainian statehood, not only as a page of the past, but also as a foundation for modern democracy and the country's future development.

The program includes discussions on the power of leadership in the activities of prominent Ukrainians, the establishment of independence, the influence of women on social and political processes, the Ukrainian language as a factor in the formation of national identity, and the significance of historical heritage for the present day.
As part of the event, there will also be a showing of episodes from the educational series “Ukrainian Heroes and Heroines: From Past to Present,” which introduces viewers to the figures who built Ukraine and laid the foundations of our democracy.
