The Head of the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service, Nataliia Aliushyna, met with representatives of the World Bank - public sector experts Adrian Fozzard, Izzah Akram Malik, Iryna Shcherbyna-Taferner and Iryna Kuzmina. 

They discussed the dynamics of connecting government institutions to the Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS). The Head of the NAUCS informed that as of February 24, 857 government institutions were connected to the HRMIS. In particular, 89 institutions have been linked since mid-January 2025. 

According to Nataliia Aliushyna, training was held in February of this year for employees of government institutions that have recently joined HRMIS. More than 300 representatives of government institutions joined the training. 

The NAUCS team responsible for implementing and administering the HRMIS is constantly working to improve the system's efficiency and provide the necessary consulting and technical support to users. To ensure maximum convenience and accessibility for users, regular updates and improvements to the system's functionality continue.
